How this site handles information.
Please do not submit confidential information to CanGenAi-Bot. The public chatbot is a general service guide, not a confidential client system.
What we may receive
If you email us, we receive what you choose to include, such as your name, email address, business name, and description of a workflow. If you use CanGenAi-Bot, your messages are sent to our website endpoint and an external AI provider so the bot can respond.
How we use it
We use information to respond to inquiries, explain CanGenAi services, assess whether a conversation may be useful, operate and secure the website, prevent misuse, and improve the service.
CanGenAi-Bot and external providers
CanGenAi-Bot sends chat messages through OpenRouter and the selected underlying model provider. Provider logging, retention, and model-use policies can vary. The current configuration allows routing to compatible providers whose policies may permit data storage or model improvement.
Do not submit client files, privileged communications, health information, payment details, passwords, credentials, personal identifiers, or other sensitive information in the public chat.
Website storage and logs
The website does not create a CanGenAi chat database or browser chat history. Standard hosting, security, and provider logs may still be created by the services that operate the site and chatbot.
